Homemade Walnut Ice Cream: A Crunchy, Creamy Delight

Ingredients

  • Milk: One liter
  • Eggs: Two
  • Walnuts: 50 grams
  • Vanilla essence: Two drops
  • Sugar: 125 grams
  • Ice cream powder: One spoon

Instructions

Grind the walnut kernels finely, boil the milk, cool it, add the egg yolks to it, and mix well. Then add all the ingredients and mix well. After mixing, put the mixture in an ice cream machine or refrigerator and freeze it. When ready, take it out and serve it.
